The Four Seasons Maldives Kuda Huraa tapped into our skills to plan 21 days of non-stop fun and four big events over the Christmas period. Knowing that there were many events taking place across the competitive landscape, we had to get creative. But we pulled it off, making sure we enhanced the luxury event experience. From beachside soirees to exlcusive get-togethers with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every guest left with memories to cherish.

The stunning Maldives offer unparalleled beauty, but being remote presents its challenges. Creative planning and resourcefulness are key to overcoming obstacles.
At Four Seasons Kudaa Huraa, from December 20th to January 8th, daily activities cater to all ages, ranging from vibrant parades to delicious pop-up bars, engaging workshops to captivating dinner shows. During this period four large event productions take place, leading up to a grand New Year’s Eve celebration.
With meticulous coordination and a sharp eye for detail, each event is carefully tailored to ensure an unforgettable experience. Entrusted with the responsibility of creating, planning, and executing these events spanning three weeks, we embarked on a journey to turn the island into an immersive magical realm.
APPROACH
We conceived an overarching event concept featuring three captivating sub-themes; “Enchanted Forest”, “Candy Land” and “Through the Looking Glass”. Each theme was designed to captivate and wow different audiences. With over 30 talented performers, ranging from musicians to acrobats, all adorned in 110 custom-made outfits, the events were a spectacle to behold. Guided by narrators and storytellers, guests embarked on a journey into their wildest imagination.
Working closely with the client’s departments, including Guest Relations, Recreation, and F&B, every day was packed with fun stuff happening all around the resort. We meticulously crafted props and decorative setups to fully immerse guests in the thematic ambiance of the events. Bands from Italy, acrobats from Cuba, singers and actors from the UK, and performers from the Netherlands were flown in to elevate the experience.
In close cooperation with the resort’s Engineering team, we created stunning decoration pieces that illuminated at night, to evoke a sense of enchantment and transformation, and casting a spell of magic over all attendees.
Outcome
The outcome of this event was nothing short of extraordinary. Each moment was infused with excitement, from the mesmerizing performances to the immersive thematic ambiances throughout the resort. The close collaboration between our team and the client’s departments ensured that every detail was executed flawlessly, contributing to the overall success of the event. This unforgettable event left a lasting impression on all who attended, sparking a desire to return year after year, eagerly anticipating the magic that awaits.
